Random August

Waaaaaaay less going on this month!  It's been nice to take things a little easy before we head back to school!

More work going on in the backyard-

Back to School!

The first day of school is always so exciting!

Jace insisted that his first day of school picture MUST include his football 😀  All ready for first grade with Mrs. Bergman-

Hailee has Mrs. Gass for third grade-

Eli has Mr. Gady (just like Bryson and Dallin!) for fifth grade-

But I won't let that be his only first day of seventh grade picture *grin*

Oh my goodness!  HE'S IN HIGH SCHOOL!!  First day of ninth grade!

I told Bryson I wanted a picture of him in front of the high school- and threatened that I would honk if he didn't turn around... this was the best I got 😏

Silverwood

We scheduled our summer trip to Silverwood for when Aunt Kristi and Stacy and Matt were in town.  Scott and his boys drove up and Mimi and Papa even joined us.  So fun!  I spent most of my day with Hailee and Jace on the kiddie rides, hence the pictures being mostly of them...

Hailee was so proud to get to drive an antique car all by herself with no one else in the car!

Jace was content just to get to drive (even if mom had to be in the car with him...)

Jace was big enough this year to get to ride Tremors-

July Round Up

This summer is going to be pretty tough to beat.  We've had a lot of fun!!  The week after we got back from, well, pretty much everywhere, Dallin and Bryson had scout camp, so the rest of us played-

We went to Star Wars night at the Spokane Indians game:

Whilst back to school shopping at the mall, I fell sucker to my kids pleading for the giant jumper... I guess I'm just in 'fun mom' mode 😉

Another library visit for African Drums- So fun!
